GENERAL: If there is an issue with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back. For items returned in new/like-new condition or are defective, we will gladly refund the original purchase amount within 30 days of your purchase if you are able to provide proof of purchase/receipt/gift receipt. Items returned that are missing the original packaging, hardware, or appears used/damaged are subject to a restocking fee. For items that have more specific restrictions, you will find additional details below.
BICYCLES: Bike purchases are not refundable. If there is an issue with a bike you have purchased from us, we welcome you to bring it back to see if there are any improvements or modifications to be made in order to make the bike better for you. Ultimately, if you are unhappy with your bike purchase, you may return it within 30 days of it's purchase date and it's value can be added to a gift card that you can use for future purchases. After being evaluated, bikes that appear to be modified, damaged, or require service to make new, clean, or rideable again are subject to a restocking fee equivalent to the parts and labor necessary. This fee will be deducted from the return amount added to the gift card you would receive.
LABOR: Labor fees are non-refundable, but if you are unhappy with a service we've completed on your item we would happily re-evaluate it to see what improvements we can make.
SHOES: Shoes that have/had cleats installed are considered used items and are not refundable. We encourage you to try on shoes before you make a purchase to ensure they are the correct size before having cleats installed.
APPAREL: Apparel requires a close evaluation in order to be returned: apparel that has been used, missing the original sales tag, stained, or damaged in any other way is not refundable.
